Is Valorant Skin Customization Worth Paying For?

Closed thread Closed by archive

The skins in this game look amazing, but some prices are wild. I'm trying to decide whether it's worth spending money on cosmetics or just sticking with what I've unlocked.

I've also seen people talking about skin changers. Are those the same as normal customization options, or do they work differently?

Official skins are cosmetic, but the animations and sounds can make them feel different even when the weapon stats stay the same.

My wallet would like this conversation to end.

Third-party skin-changing software isn't the same as an official unlock. Depending on how it works, it could violate game rules or put your account at risk.

Exactly. If you want a skin permanently associated with your account, stick to official unlocks.

I keep telling myself I'm saving money by not buying a knife. Somehow I still check the store every day.

That's the real endgame. The store rotation.
