What Information Should a Valorant Support Request Include?

Closed thread Closed by archive

I've seen support threads where the first post is literally "game doesn't work" and nothing else.

What details are actually useful when opening a Valorant support ticket? I'm guessing error codes and system information, but is there a standard format people recommend?

Exact error message, when it started, what changed recently, and what you've already tried.

Screenshots help too, as long as you remove personal information.

Yep. And include the game version if relevant. Don't attach passwords or authentication codes.

Should you include every troubleshooting step you've ever attempted?

Just the relevant ones. Nobody needs a 40-page autobiography about a launcher crash.

Keep it factual and avoid changing ten system settings at once. If the problem disappears, you won't know which change fixed it.

Finally, a ticket template that doesn't require a degree in complaining.
